What we collect

When you create an account we collect your email address and the brand information you provide: brand name, product photos, brand voice settings, and the inputs you use to generate ads. We also collect standard usage data (pages visited, features used) to operate and improve the service.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we store only the subscription status and plan tier Stripe reports back to us.

How we use your data

Your brand inputs are used to generate your ads and to operate your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your brand assets to train models for other customers.

Service providers

We run on a small set of infrastructure providers: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Stripe (billing), Vercel (hosting), and the AI model providers that power generation. Each receives only the data needed to do its job.

Retention and deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, email hello@glowads.io and we will remove it within 30 days.
